30-Day Return Policy

For most products, our standard return window is 30 days from the date of delivery, unless a product page specifically states a 90-day money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.


Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in good condition, with all original accessories included (manuals, inserts, packaging, etc.). Products must not be physically damaged beyond normal use.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must be included.
  • Proof of Postage: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.
  • Photo/Video Evidence: In some cases, we may request clear photos or videos of the product before return approval to verify condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at support@linen-skin.com with your order number.
  2. Repack Your Item
    Carefully pack the product in its original packaging along with all accessories. Include a note inside the parcel with your:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Email address
  3. Return Approval
    Once approved, we will provide the return address. Returns must be sent within 7 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Return Processing
    After we receive your item, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Returns must be received within 14 days of return approval, otherwise the request may be cancelled.
  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
  • If the item is damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be rejected.
  • Please ensure your details (name, order number, email) are included inside the parcel to avoid delays.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used skincare-related liquids (e.g., gels, serums, conductive products)

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refused Delivery

If an order is refused upon delivery, it will only be eligible for a refund once it is returned and received by us.

If the parcel is lost during return transit, this may delay or affect the refund process. We strongly recommend accepting delivery and following the standard return procedure.


Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed quickly after placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Defective or Faulty Products

Damaged on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 3 days of delivery.

  • Do not use the product if it is damaged.
  • You may be asked to provide an unboxing video as proof.
  • Failure to report damage within the timeframe may affect eligibility for a refund.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (If Applicable)

If a product page specifically mentions a 90-day money-back guarantee, you are eligible to request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.

If no such guarantee is stated, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
